In addition, the development of artificial intelligence is helping to accelerate many clients’ transformation projects and represents a potential lever of differentiation for the Groupe.
With regard to cost control, the Groupe is implementing operational efficiency measures, notably through its platform-based organization, in order to contain the impact of rising personnel costs and preserve its margins. The deployment of artificial intelligence solutions within the organization also aims to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
