Total compensation ratio

The total compensation ratio (ESRS S1-16-97 (b)), disclosure requirement), i.e. the ratio between the total annual compensation for the highest-paid individual in the Groupe and the median level of the total annual compensation of the Groupe’s employees, is 182.

To determine the median annual compensation of the Groupe’s employees, all gross items of compensation (including in kind benefits) paid to permanent employees present in the Groupe on a continuous basis during the reference year are taken into account, plus the fair value of share grants made during the reference year. To simplify the calculations, employees who have completed international internal mobility, employees on parental leave (if paid by the State) and employees on unpaid leave for more than 15 days are outside this scope.
