In January 2022, the Groupe acquired Tremend in Romania, a technology company specializing in software development. The acquisition of Tremend will enable the Groupe to expand its digital transformation capabilities, particularly in Europe. The price to be paid at the date of transfer of control amounts roughly to euro 100 million. This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals by the relevant competition authority.
