In 2019, the year was marked by multiple demands from people from dierent regions around the world advocating for the reduction of social
inequalities, and by a growing awareness worldwide of the climate emergency, driven by the youth of many countries. The situation is changing
rapidly and this acceleration is at the heart of the world's current diculties, of the changes that are taking place in all companies and of the
challenges that this poses for organizations - political, economic, social, cultural... - and individuals. The changes to come are numerous and
