The vesting of free shares under the above plans is conditional on continued employment throughout the vesting period. Vesting is also subject to non-market performance conditions for plans LTIP 2017 to 2019, LTIP 2019-2021 Directoire, and Sapient 2016 to 2019 with a three-year vesting period, for the Epsilon Replacement Plan 2019 and the Special Retention Plan 2019.
